My Slow Flow Vinyasa class combines mindful movements linking with breath. This is a guided creative and dynamic class that will enable you to build strength and flexibility, whilst providing you with a space to slow down and connect to yourself.

 

This class offers the opportunity for exploration and self-enquiry with an underlying emphasis on compassion and love. I invite students to listen to their bodies and become attuned to their thoughts and feelings. Leaving the ego at the door and letting go a negative thought patterns, comparison and striving thoughts. It is my intention to invite my students to connect to themselves and become more mindfully aware by encouraging an honest open-heart centred approach.

 

Within this class expect to give yourself the opportunity to connect to yourself on a deeper level as your will experience more than just the Asana (physical practice). Students have the opportunity to develop breath awareness (Pranayama), energy work which is exploration of the effects on the subtle body, self-study known as (Swadyaya), elements of yoga philosophy and meditation with a mindfulness approach. Becoming aware of your body’s capabilities and developing confidence in yourself on your personal yoga journey. Leave this class feeling relaxed and rebalanced.

 

This class open to beginner’s and those who already have a regular yoga practice.
